were respectively established by Japan Xincheng Xingye Co.,
Ltd. and Hong Kong Xincheng Xingye Co., Ltd. in October 2000,
with overall investment of 8 million Dollars. These two companies
were all located in Changshou Industrial Park of Jiangyin
city, Jiangsu province, covering an area of 70,000 square
meters with the first term of construction area of 10,000
square meters. Our operation ranges are 1. product design
and development; 2. mould production; 3. injection shaping;
4. raw material production, we provide comprehensive service
to our customers, we make customer satisfaction our primary
goal.
A. Equipment: we have the most advanced Japanese YASDA precision
process center and Germany DECKEL MAHO process center; Swiss
CHARMl—LLES precision electrical sparkle machine, precision
slow silk cutting; Japanese WASINO optical curve grinder an
precision plain grinder, as well as Japanese TOSHIBA precision
injection machine. We believe that only precision equipment
can provide our customers precise process and quality products.
B. Technology: we cooperate with Japanese Toyo Resin Co.,
Ltd. and are supported by several other Japanese companies.
We have American CAD／CAM software of UG、AUTOCAD、PRO/ENGlNEER、MASTERCAM, and a professional engineering staff team for relevant industries which is experienced in precision mould designing and production development and manufacturing.
